• Plan & Spec – Our level of accountability for Plan & Spec projects while we work with your Architect or Engineer is equivalent to that of our Design Build projects. We are known for our uncompromising quality from conception to completion, and our Plan & Spec projects are no exception. Our project development experience and ability to stay on budget makes us the natural choice for commercial building on the Plan & Spec level.

• Value Engineering –  It is our goal to create the greatest possible value for our clients. A. Alltek’s team handles commercial HVAC construction and installation, supported by our in-house sheet metal fabrication shop and controls and building automation work. After construction, our service department provides 24/7 emergency service and preventative maintenance.
