444 River Lofts Apartments was the renovation of an existing historic 5-story warehouse building in downtown Troy that was changed into (74) apartments with NYS HCR handbook requirements, hydronic air handlers, combination boilers and full plumbing systems for energy star performance requirements. Project also included some commercial fit-up on the first floor for office and future retail.
