Excelsior Park Apartments in Saratoga Springs, we provided design-build HVAC systems for three new (34) unit apartment buildings using high efficiency split furnace systems and high efficiency heat pump systems to meet the needs of the deferent sized apartments. We also provided Ecobee smart Wi-Fi thermostats to work with the owner’s luxury smart systems for security and home automation though the tenant’s smart phones.
